Emile Anthony & Wolfers frères

Antwerp firm of silversmiths. C. 1889 Emile Anthony (1856-1936) succeeded his father Jean Baptiste Anthony (x Joanna Delhaya) in the jeweller's business in Antwerp. He was married twice: to Julia Meeuw (1889) and to Madeleine de Suyck. In 1897 he entered into association with Wolfers Frères from Brussels and shortly afterwards, in 1899, he moved from the Oudaan to the Meir. His son Paul (° 1906) succeeded him.
