Meeus, Robert

Robert Meeus is a contemporary diamond polisher known for his diamond sculptures. He makes portrait heads and Madonna figurines out of diamonds. He was trained in his father's workshop. He has a creative mind and he saw the possibilities of diamonds and experimented with cutting them and started making sculptures from one rough stone. This made him the first diamond sculptor in the world.
