One of the most intriguing methods - and probably the most spectacular - for casting jewellery using the lost wax technique is sling casting or centrifugal casting. Using high centrifugal or rotational force, molten metal is hurled into a plaster mould. It's one of the oldest methods known. Although it's old, it's far from primitive. In fact, it's ingenious and requires a good understanding of science and physics.
