Visitors with reduced mobility

DIVA is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The entire museum is accessible for (electric) wheelchairs and walkers. All exhibition rooms can be reached with a lift. The lifts have a surface of 139 cm long x 105 cm wide. The lift doors are each 89 cm wide.

A wheelchair is available in the museum. Ask the desk staff. There are also 20 folding chairs available.

The attendant of a visitor in a wheelchair can enter for free, provided that the assisted person can present a valid admission ticket. Assistance dogs are welcome in the museum.

You can find adapted toilets on floor -1.

It is not possible to reach the DIVA entrance by car. The Suikerrui is only accessible for pedestrians and cyclists. Parking "Grote Markt" is a few minutes' walk from the museum. You will find 5 places for people with disabilities. The maximum parking height of the parking is 1.90 m. More information about how to get to DIVA can be found here.
