The audio guide of the permanent exhibition is included in your admission ticket.
Hearing impaired visitors can stream the audio stories via bluetooth to their hearing aid, CI or middle ear implant. At the front desk you can also request an indication loop to listen to the audio guide on the T setting of your hearing aid.
All videos in the permanent exhibition are subtitled.
An official sign language interpreter who accompanies visitors receives free admission.
