Your wellbeing is our priority. We provide a safe environment and ask you to comply with the measures we have taken against the spread of the corona virus. Please prepare your visit in advance and be sure to respect the house rules. All the measures the City of Antwerp is taking to slow the spread of the coronavirus are set out here.

If we are to slow the spread of the coronavirus we are accommodating a limited number of visitors during fixed time slots. It is obliged to wear a fase mask during your visit. Face masks can not be purchased in the museum, so be shure to bring your own for your visit. Children under the age of 12 years are not obliged to wear a face mask.

Because of the corona measures tickets must be bought online via this link. Even visitors who are entitled to free entrance, must book an e-ticket. If you have any problems with purchasing an online ticket, you can alternatively purchased tickets at the desk in the museum using Bancontact. DIVA operates a cashless system.

With questions you can always contact us at info@divaantwerp.be or on +32 (0)3 360 52 52.

We look forward to welcoming you safely to the museum!
