Three provincial museums working together in The Netherlands

The Belgian embassy residence in The Hague regularly hosts artistic and cultural initiatives, courtesy of the Belgian ambassador Chris Hoornaert. For example, at his request in 2016 the Province of West Flanders presented a sample selection of their collection. Now that this opportunity has been extended to the Province of Antwerp, the provincial museums (FotoMuseum, ModeMuseum and DIVA) have come up with a proposal to present their collections and activities to a Dutch public.

To illustrate the diversity of the new museum for Silversmithing, Jewellery and Diamonds, DIVA has chosen to add a subtle ‘DIVA touch’ to the fixed furnishings and to the art objects shown by the partner museums in the ambassador’s residence in The Hague.

Using recent, digital presentations it will bring DIVA’s collection of diamond jewellery and luxury objects to life.

This exhibition is not privately accessible.
